In 2002, Bob established Executive Coaching and Career Consulting, a firm devoted exclusively to providing executive coaching services in two inter-related areas, Career Enhancement and Leadership Development, both delivered in a highly personalized, confidential coaching/client partnership. Prior to founding EC and CC, Bob spent 17 years as a Vice President and Managing Director for the world's largest Career Consulting & Executive Coaching firms including Drake Beam Morin, Lee Hecht Harrison, Right Management Consultants, and Spherion. Bob started his career in human resources achieving the position of Vice President, Human Resources for The American Express Company.
