With five years of experience in the outplacement industry, Erika has successfully provided Senior Executive job lead development and research to candidates ranging from small business to Fortune 500 executives.

Serving as Administrative Services Manager for multiple San Diego-based career consulting firms, Erika has assisted hundreds of transitioning executives in identifying potential opportunities by harvesting published leads, contacting major retained executive search firms and identifying target organizations.

In 2004, Erika successfully launched the San Diego Job Development center for a major international career transition consulting firm. In addition to job lead development, Erika has provided senior level executives with in-depth administrative, marketing, and research support, helping hundreds of transitioning candidate establish new and exciting careers.
