Serving as Administrative Services Manager for multiple San Diego-based career consulting firms, Erika has assisted hundreds of transitioning executives in identifying potential opportunities by harvesting published leads, contacting major retained executive search firms and identifying target organizations.
In 2004, Erika successfully launched the San Diego Job Development center for a major international career transition consulting firm.
