It is not uncommon for executives to overlook key issues which will have an impact on their future, unintentionally omit terms which may create limitations and financial loss or simply not be astute in the art of negotiating an improved deal. Ken Dix is engaged by executives to insure their interests are protected and gain confidence by knowing they are represented by a responsive, experienced legal professional.
Ken has been General Counsel for several San Diego companies and has over 18 years experience providing legal and business advice to both privately held and publicly traded companies. After Ken's military career as a U.S. Air Force F-4 Phantom Pilot, he joined a multi-national law firm as a Federal Court litigator for Fortune 100 clients. Ken later joined SAIC specializing in corporate transactional work and government contracts. SAIC is a $3.5 billion systems, research and development company. Ken has also served as Assistant Vice President and Counsel for Aetna Health Plans, and Vice President and General Counsel for Jenny Craig and Genetronics Biomedical Corp.
Ken currently has his solo practice representing small and mid-sized companies with their corporate transactional requirements.
