Michael is an experienced CEO/President/COO for several technology companies including serving on the Board of both public and private companies.
Currently Michael is Chairman/CEO of Secure Internet Commerce Network Inc. (Sicommnet), a privately held internet-based software system and services company providing real-time automation of buying and selling for public agencies, Fortune 1000 corporations and small diversity companies. Prior to Sicommnet, Michael was CEO for Path1 Network Technologies, a NASDAQ:PNWK company providing real-time, interactive, broadcast-quality video solutions over IP networks. Michael’s career also includes President for a $120 million division of SAIC, V.P./G.M.-Advanced Engineering for Compaq Computer and nine years as V.P. Operations for Unisys.
