Prior to joining DHR, Bob enjoyed a successful 30 year career as a Human Resource Executive. Most recently he was Vice President, Human Resources for CancerVax Corporation, a biotech start-up company developing a therapeutic vaccine for malignant melanoma. Previous to that he led the Human Resources function at Women First HealthCare, a start-up specialty pharmaceutical company.
Bob began his career in Human Resources at General Foods Corporation in White Plains, NY, having held various Division and Corporate HR positions. Throughout his career, he held senior level Human Resources positions with large and small companies. His experience ranges from Fortune 100 companies to turnaround situations and startups in a wide variety of industries.
