Russ has more than 25 years experience providing financial and strategic leadership to U.S. corporations. He began his career managing financial analysis and strategic planning for the Automobile Club of Southern California. He joined Coca-Cola in 1983 where he became Vice President Planning and Administration. Russ's corporate career includes VP Controller for a banking/real estate/ automotive conglomerate, and VP-CFO for an $800 million subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. He was also a consultant in a leading merger and acquisition firm specializing in private company transactions.
Currently, Russ is an independent consultant providing guidance to CEO's and owners of privately held companies on a broad range of issues including growth planning, organizational development, acquisitions, capital structure, and exit strategies. His clients include a diverse set of manufacturing, distribution and service companies.
